Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@newtownbazaar.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. We will provide you with a shipping label for products returned due to our mistakes. In other cases, customers need to pay for the return shipping. (The estimated processing time is 48 hours.) Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us with photos, videos, and descriptions of the damaged product. Any returns for reasons of damage without proof will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that the following types of products are not eligible for returns or exchanges: custom-made products and personal care items. We indicate on the product description page whether a product is eligible for return or not, to ensure transparency regarding the return policy. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
